Terms and Conditions of the delivery of Goods
After confirming the purchase in the online store shop.certes.lv (“Store”), in accordance with the purchase terms, you must pay the purchase price of the goods ordered in the Store (“Goods”). Payments to the Seller SIA “Certes.lv” (“Seller”) are made by transfer to the current account indicated by them in accordance with the Seller’s invoice, which is issued and sent to your e-mail after you have confirmed the purchase.
The product shall be delivered after payment of the purchase price. The expected delivery time of the Product shall be indicated in the Store before confirming the purchase. If it is not possible for the Seller to deliver the Product within the above term, the Seller will inform you of such, indicating another expected delivery date. If you are a natural person who purchases or uses the Product for a purpose that is not related to its economic or professional activity, you have the right to refuse the purchase of the Product if the delivery term of the Product is extended. In this case, you must notify the Seller of your withdrawal after receiving information about the extension.
Type of delivery:
The product must be received at the Seller’s office in Riga, Braslas Street 29A (without additional payment).
Upon receipt of the Product, you are obliged to sign the Product bill of lading.
After the issue of the Product, you are obliged to check the conformity of the type of the Product and the data indicated in the accompanying documentation to your order, notifying the Seller in case of non-conformity.
Details and contact data of the Seller:
The Seller is entitled to change the details and contact details, indicating the current data in the Store.
